Dw/dh??

Forgive my ignorance, I'm not the most computer saavy person on the internet, but I notice a lot of posts here use the terminology DW or DH. Could someone please enlighten me.

Well the "dear" can be replaced with any "d" word you need to use at the time, LOL.
