Can anyone tell me how to pickle spicey pepper?

I have these realy cool peppers called fish peppers. The plant is variagated and so are the peppers until they change color. They are spicey and I want to pickle all the different color stages of the peppers. I like pickled banana peppers and jalapeno. I would like to do somthing like that.

are you talking about pickleing? As in making peppers taste like dill pickles? or are you just talking about canning and preserving spicey peppers?

My dad taught my 19 year old son how to can jalapenos with a salt brine. It preserves them with their natural flavor intact

Sorry, but I can't help you pickle 'em. But I can help you pick 'em. A peck at a time.

Sorry, it's raining out, and I couldn't resist.....

Put little stockings and garter belts on them?

Ok, I need more sleep because I thought it was funny.
