Hummingbirds are back!!

Saw the first hummer of the season today so filled up the feeder and put it out then saw another one so guess they are slowly getting here..They are usually in this area by the 15th so a little early this year..

Anyone else have them up this way yet??

The core group of hummers lives here year round, Mrs. Green and Mr. Redneck are the family leaders. I have to put heat lamps on the two feeders during the winter to keep them from freezing.

Our Hummers won't get here for probly a couple more weeks, the Orioles will be here about then too!

saw them trying the empty feeder 2 days ago.
I filled up the feeder this morning and they have been happily drinking from it since.
I love them!
