Question "If it's FR, it's First Rate"

Anybody remember what product this was a slogan for?

Someone, at some point in time *cough*my in-laws*cough* thought that the woods behind our place was a trash dump. Among other things I have found a number of interesting glass bottles out there.

I uncovered another one on a walk today. A tall, square brown bottle that says "If it's FR, it's First Rate" on one side and has ml measures on the other side. It's a twist cap bottle, with the cap still in tact. The cap just says "FR".

Just curious what it was...

Not sure if it's exact -- I left it outside tonight, didn't feel like washing it up and it's dark now so I'm not going to check -- but very similar at least. Would be the same product, just possibly a slightly different bottle design. That cap looks plastic for instance, the cap on the bottle I found is not. And I thought the numbers on the other side of the bottle were larger than 4-32, but could be wrong. I also am not sure if it has the detail on the bottom.
