Boy was I supprised with BP powder prices

Went in and bought a tin of Black Powder for my pistols and for my rifle. 2 tins and a tin of capss, $55

It's gotten high priced largely due to the Haz-Mat fees.

theres a place in Ark you can order it from much better price high quality,
shipping is so so.
still around 10 a pound
verses
1.05 for homemade

Would think flintlocks would be a better option and far more traditional than a cap lock gun plus you get that "cool" smoke smells and looks when you fire it!

You still have to pay High $$ for the Powder.Just better with Caplock and Pyrodex RS still get the smell.

Could always make Black Powder but I just don't likes taking up time fooling with it.

Goex is under $14/lb, DELIVERED if you buy 25lbs +

(go in w/ a couple friends, or buy it cheap and stack it deep)
Ft Chambers in PA used to be very cheap too, but haven't got any from there in a while
(that's what happens when you buy, "more" than you think you need)

You'll actually save a little more since you can use 10% less than real black powder and still get the same velocities, plus clean up will be a LOT easier

REAL BP or NOTHING for me!
I NEED the smoke and the smell!
(and evidently, the cleanup)
