Farmers Market Question

We had our fist meeting of the new year with the Farmers Market association, for electing officers and such. The problem is no one wants to do the market masters job............So my question is how do other markets handle that position????In the past we have offered free vendors space for the year which included insurance coverage.Any ideas????????????

Farmers Market

You might address this question over at Gardenweb.com. They have a market garden forum there that is very interesting and educational. There have been lots of threads about management of a farmer's market.
