FINALLY...those stumps are history!
My BIL bought the 9HP DR stump grinder and it came in this morning. In less than 2 hours, we had ground 12 stumps, most of which were 6 - 8" in diameter, about 8" below the ground...WOOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow, we'll start breaking the garden plot (which is about 30x40 right now).
While I know it's FAR too early to tell if this machine is going to be reliable, so far, so good! I guess I'll know more when we get the other humpteen stumps ground.
Me so happy!
