Working On Saving Money For Building

Was thinking about Windows thought I might have some in the Barn.Went down looked I had a Big Picture Window and all the other Big Windows I needed.

Found a Guy that has Floor Joist for $100 less than the Lumber Yard just need to come up with cash before someone else gets them.

Got a Guy out looking for me some Porch Post.

Hope I have plenty of Concrete Blocks around here.

I built the porch on my cabin from small trees in the woods. Douglas fir all about the same size, posts, purlins, rafters and nailing strips. peeled them, let set 2 months and away we went....James

I could cut some Logs take to the Saw Mill save bulk of our cost but not really wanting to do this wanting to save the bulk of our trees.Wanting to work with Pine anyway because its easier.

Our Porch Post are going to be Cedar with Short Limbs out to Hang Stuff on we don't have Cedar here so I'm having this Guy find me some.
