Looks pretty good to me and I've added it to my favorites. We use ours to document our activities for our extended family and friends and its turned out to be a lot of fun so good luck.

My wife and I read the whole thing and would love more pictures with your blog. We are older with all our kids grown and opportunity didnt exist for us to do what you are doing at your age (and we didnt realize how great that would be) and its nice to see a young couple like yourselves starting out on your homesteading journey.

If anyone else on this site hasnt read the blog your missing out.

I agree with salmonslayer--more pictures. Tell us about your rabbits, but show us your rabbits and the makeshift cages. What does BooBoo look like, etc... How about a pic of your homestead (well, not showing exactly where you are of course) but just pretty pictures of things around your place.

I enjoyed reading your blog, btw...

I DID miss the pictures. Ok, for some reason my computer was glitchy last night and I wasn't seeing everything properly.

I love how there are little tabs on the left that show each date---it's very easy to read and looks smart. I think the archives is pretty easy to use as well. I also like that I can click on a 'subject matter' on the right and see your blogs that are only about animals or only about gardening, etc...

Keep up the good work!

I like your blog, and I hope you find it fun to keep blogging on a regular basis.I have added it to My Favourites and will keep checking back.

If you want to get the point across to your new readers (and older ones to refresh their memory) you could put a link to your first posts in your right hand sidebar along with a title....like "How and Why We Got Started" (something like that.

Have fun!

I recommend that you make your photos bigger.

Personally I read blogs that are big on photos with a bit of text to round them out. Yours is too wordy for me but as I said that is a personal preference.

I have read a good bit of it and bookmarked it because I forget if I don't. I love pictures because I am a person who likes lots of visual aids. I think that means I don't have much vision but whatever, I still like pictures. I am looking forward to watching the rooster quilt in progress.

Nice blog.

Critique... Use flash, or a tripod, when shooting pics of animals...

If you're taking pictures in the barn, or of animals in subdued lighting, you need to change your settings on your camera. Your animals pics are cute, but they aren't in focus or crisp. Do you have a point and shoot or a dslr? All digitals have settings for flash. Using flash, you automatically have a better chance of in focus photos... without flash, your camera is trying to adjust settings for the optimal pic... if your shutter speed is below 1/60, and you have any kind of movement, by you or your subject, your going to have focus issues.

Your other photos are great, crisp, clear, and in focus...
