Water! Finnaly.

Water froze up yesterday morning. Just got the well pit and pump thawed out. Of course since we don't have any heat in the house, 2 of the sinks are froze up, but at least the tub, shower, and terlet work, and I can water the critters.

I feel for ya, its a royal pain to water your animals under those conditions. Not to mention you have no heat inside and you're in Minnesota! Hope things look up for you soon.

Oh wow - and I was upset when just my washing machine line froze up. I won't complain any more. Good luck and I hope it stays thawed for a while.

I hear ya, we lose one of our bathrooms when it drops below -15C. A small kerosene heater under the house works to thaw that pretty quick.

-22 F this morning and our roads are covered with at least an inch of ice. I saw road graders trying to scrape it off but they weren't even making a windrow. No warmer weather in sight for at least another 10 days.

How are you surviving with no heat in your house! Is your power out or what? Glad you have water again! I hate hauling water in buckets in the winter.
