Free Building Plans?

If you're planning on building a barn, cabin, shed or just about anything else in 2011, you can save a few dollars if you can find free plans that work for your needs.

I've been trying to assemble a list of all of the best plans that are available for free on the Internet. Please take a look: Todays Plans You might find something that helps.

If you do buy plans, only buy one set. Then you take it down to a blue print place and get it copied for all the copies the permit people want.

By following one of the links in the original post, I found the basic plan I used to build my homestead home.

I changed things around a little to accommodate contemporary pre-fab windows and a set of stairs, but that was the basic layout. I paid $30 for the plans, but I've seen it for free a few times.
