Thermodisc. 49T12. Where to find one?

This is the ONLY one, I've found on the internet...

http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/WHITFIELD-PEL...-/380206909879

Anyone know of a place to buy these online that might be cheaper?

It closes at 120°F and opens at 110°F.

It's Hi temp, dual metal snap switch. It's from my woodburner to let the fan come on only after the temp reaches 120°F.

I don't "NEED" it, and can bypass it, so I don't know that the $43.00 is worth the investment to me...

Oh, and mine is not on a pellet stove... it's on a regular woodburner that has a switch for the fan anyway. I don't know that it's really all that handy as, once the woodburner is running and burning in the zone it should be that the fan never shuts off unless you switch it off anyway. You just can't blow cold air... so meh... you can see why I don't want to waste 43.00 if there is some place that someone here might know of that has these for cheaper.

Tomorrow, call Eric at 330-448-0300. He runs a pellet stove repair shop. He can quote you a pricem or maybe offer a cheaper way to go.

Agman... I checked Grainger, but I didn't see any high temp switches. (these are good to 525°F), is there one in particular of the white rodgers that you think would be an drop in replacement?

Thanks Travlnusa. I'll try to remember to call him. I usually get into work a bit after six and it's not uncommon for me to look at the clock and it be after 5...

Hi,
Try PEXSupply.com
They carry lots of the thermal snap disk switches like this.
They probably won't have that exact brand, but I believe the ones with the samep specs are pretty much interchangeable.

Their prices are in the $12 area.

They also carry ones with an adjustable range.
