My cat doesnt care for it when its growing and damp. Altho, I do find her sleeping in the bucket in the morning, stoned out of her mind...hehe.

Thats mama cat. Some one tossed her out the car window in front of my farm in -25 degree snow storm with snow up to your hips. She was pregnant. she turned out to be the absolute best hunting family cat we ever had. Got her spayed and she is awesome. She takes long walks in the woods with us. Is soooo smart and gentle. She caught 2 mice and 7 chipmunks in one day!! And the chipmunks were infesting the attic, the walls, the barns etc. She even has a mustache.

This is all wild catnip, I didnt plant. I did let it go to seed this year. so I could plant a patch in the garden next year, you can see the seed heads. I will sell that catnip and every Christmas, anyone who has a cat looks forward to a nice bag full.

My harvest candy is in the bottle next to the catnip...hehe Merlot

Love that picture....looks like a drug addiction poster for cats! LOL. She looks a tad stoned there, ya know.

Sounds like you have a wonderful set up there. My cat adores catnip even when it is growing. I have it contained to some huge pots outside to keep it from spreading all over.

Great harvest. And kudos to you for saving that cat. We get repaid for kindness in the strangest ways. Yours is dead chipmunks.
