1998 Dodge Dakota

How do I take the tail lightsa out? Ive got no tail lights lighting. Checked the fuses, found a 15 amp burnt out in console (I think), and replaced it. No change. Didnt see any designation for lights. If one tail light burns out are they all out? I dont think so, but
