Need homesteaders recommendations

I would like your recommendations on two items.
Non-electric grain mill and roller/flaker. I am not looking at the $400 models. I am sure they are worth every penney but dont have that many pennies.

I am interested in the $100 and under models, more the size to fit my pocket.

I would save your pennies for a while longer and buy a $400 model. the $100 model will probably break and not work well in the beginning and / or be very hard to use.

There are some things that just can't be made well for $100 and I think a grain mill is one of them.

I have a vitalmil that was about $100 that is used heavily and works great. I think Cyngbaeld (I might be wrong) was getting one, and I researched it a bit and decided to order one. I have also used it to make bean flour, and rice flour. HTH

I know it is more than you want to pay but it is the best. I got mine at a "junk" store for $5.00 almost new. Look around....James
