Toyota job ops. in NE Ms. Hiring now

Come on down to Ms. and build the Corolla. Land is pretty cheap, outside the towns there are virtually no permits needed to build, homeschoolers welcome too.
Toyota announced today they are taking apps for hourly wage jobs in the new plant near Tupelo.

Thought some here might be interested.

A little more on this....Toyota says they will hire 2000 workers, and they have 4 or 5 suppliers located within 30 miles who will be hiring about 2000 more between them. This is good news for N.Ms., the whole thing was put on hold when the economy tanked in '08, but the plant is already built....the machinery has not been installed yet.....same with most of the suppliers.
I assume they will hire soonest and send new employees to other plants to train while the machinery gets installed.

Good deal! Toyota is a great company.

Don't tell too many until the locals are hired.

My husband works for a supplier of Toyota in Indiana. There are a lot of issues that the public never knows about. And the suppliers don't necessarily treat their employees well. There was one time a couple years back when the President of Toyota came here to the States and came to my husbands workplace. My husband was told by one of the higher ups that in Japan if one of the workers didn't please the President, he would just walk up to them and hit them. Thankfull that did not happen with my husband. But be prepared. Toyota pays their employees great money, but the suppliers not so great. And the stress and headaches are something else. But, my husband is thankful for his job. He vents to me but he is there every day.
