looking for info on fish farming

we have the best water coming from a cave
50 pound pressure to our house ,the rest runs down
to the river like to do something with it
but don't know where to start
like to bottle it and sell it
raise trout or somthing

GOT FREE NAT GAS AND GENERATOR FOR HARD TIMES

Also do a search of Cowgirlone's efforts for freshwater shrimp farming. She and others posted some great websites for aquaponic farming.

For info on small scale hydro-electricity do a google search on "microhydro" (naturally, I guess). When you've got some ideas, run another search, this one on "homemade microhydro".
