Looking to buy a small meat grinder

I prefer dark meat of the chicken and stew meat ground. We are going to cull a couple dozen chickens this weekend and I want some ground meat from them.

Which of these grinders would be best? I plan to buy from Pleasant Hill because I have a gift certificate to use up.

I'm looking to purchase one of the smaller ones towards the bottom. The Maverick, Back to Basics or Weston.

Thanks!

IMO, do not buy any meat grinder that has plastic on it! The cheap ones are junk and good for only a few months.

A good one now that will last 10 years or a cheap one you will replace every year?

I finally bought a good one after wasting time and money on the cheap junk for years! I was hardheaded and just didnt want to spend the money. You need HP for good grinding not watts. And meat grinders grind more than meat so they can have many uses.

I got mine at the local outdoors sporting goods store. It is a work horse. Plus I dont have to cut ever bit of sinew off nor do I have to pre-chop everything into teeny tiny pieces!
Mine is the Cabela Commercial 3/4 HP grinder. I got mine on sale for 50% off.
Look online or instore for a sale on good quality commercial grade grinders. IMO, the rest are foofoo.
Here is mine and I am happy I finally bought a real grinder. Its been as good as day one for years now! Not even a tad worn out and we grind a lot!
The 1/2 horse is 329. Worth it too!!
