Depending on how it was stored, most of the Vitamin A will be gone, maybe some of the others too. Also, it would have to be well cured so as not to have that powdery mold that seems to come in older hay, at least in my area.
If you are aware of this and make sure that another source is available like fresh grass, then it will provide other minerals and vitamins plus chew satisfaction- I would feed it if I couldn't get new hay- at least for this year. I might now hold up through the winter though.
I just bought a small load of last years to get to September when I buy my large order to last through next summer.
