flaker mill?

I am looking to buy a grain flaker mill either hand cranked or as an attachment for a Bosch Universal Plus mixer. Does anyone have any recommendations? I would like to use this for flaking wheat also but I am assuming that the wheat would have to be soaked first. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a hand cranked grain crusher made by Shule. I have not yet had problems with and have been satisfied with my purchase. It can flake oats, wheat, and rye two different thickness. It also has a setting for flour but I have a larger flour mill for this and do not use it for this. You do not have to soak the wheat. It only does about a cup a time though. It's not what a professional kitchen would want but is good for home use. It cost about between $40-50 if I remember. I tried to look it up on google for you and it appears Shule is now Norpro.
