Great papers! My parents made a root "room" in the cellar of our old house house when I was a kid. It was in the corner of the cellar. They kept it cool enough or warm enough by cracking open the window or the door. If it was too cold they opened the door enough to let some heat from the wood stove (in the cellar, we never had cold floors) in. I store tons of food in the cellar side of our farmhouse. It's a great tool.
