Anybody build a solar dehydrator?

Spinning off the other dehydrator thread-
I'm going to build a solar dehydrator later this summer. Haven't really done much research, was just going to wing it. Any tips? What works, what doesn't? Do you have fans, or just passive air flow? Does convection move the air pretty good inside?
thanks

Haven't built one yet. But I've always wanted to build one along the lines of this one.

No fans or power needed. Expandable (more trays) easily added when needed.

Gary has lots of articles on solar dehydraters on his site.
