Cross your fingers for me!!!

And your toes, and your eyes...and anything else that might help!

I *might* be a tad bit closer to selling my house in town! If I do, I can afford to finish up TisaWee and get moved in. Finish up, as in put in the plumbing, electric, some sort of heat, and insulation. The rest of the stuff....cabinets, carpet, drywall, etc., is still a long way down the road, but I can live without that stuff!!!!

I had two couples come to look at the house last weekend. One just emailed me and said they need a "fully executed purchase agreement", the property description, and my homeowners insurance for the bank.... after trying at a few different banks and getting turned down. That sounds a BIT promising, huh????

I've had the house actively for sale for the last two plus years. Two years ago, it ALMOST sold for $160K. I just offered it to this couple for $89K after a $10K rebate to help with financing. Ouch. But at least I can get on with my life and concentrate on completing TisaWee.

Anyway.....cross your fingers for me.

Praying that your sale goes through. Been where you are, it is nerve-racking.
