Fencing & Lumber prices

We have been in the process of moving some fence for the new greenhouse that we are fixing to build and decided to fence the orchard in. We don't have the ability to cut our own lumber so we have to get it where we can. Priced it at all the big chain stores and as always our local building supply beat them hands down. They told me if we were going to get it that we would need to in the next week as lumber was fixing to go through the roof. (did not understand that, because in our rural county I bet they are not 2 houses being built) So just wondered how prices are in your area ? We hope to start on the greenhouse in the next couple of weeks so I need to get the fencing finished.




We are using 4x6 line post,2x6 boards(all treated)and using 4' welded wire behind that.Should make for a long lasting fence.
