Small Farmer Journal readers please

That is. Those who can print off diagrams of barn plans so we can discuss some of them.

I get the Small Farmers Journal, but I'm not sure about the barn plans. I'm not sure where to print them off from, but if you'll let me know I'll be glad to discuss them with you.

I'm sure I have that one as I've subscribed for over 20 years and never thrown one out, but I do have some older ones packed away. I'll see if I can find it.

I bought three issues at a workshop this spring from a couple who write for them. They were very nice and readily shared helpful information. If I were you, I would write the editor with request he pass your questions on to the person(s) who wrote. The article you are interested in. Your questions might trigger another article or net you copies of the print-outs you want with extra explanatory notes.

NF. Im wanting to show some pics of various barn plans, so that WE, on HERE, can talk about them. Im pretty sure that if I write Lynn and ask him to do as you suggest it will do the people on here not a bit of good as most of them dont subscribe to SFJ

The material in the magazine probably has a copy right you would be in violation of if you use it without permission and publiSh it on the internet in this forum or elsewhere. Yhat's theft of intellectual property. Also if someone scans images for you from smj for reproduction here, they will be barely legible since the magazine, though very interesting, has rather poor quality images, mostly. Can't you make your own original sketches and post them here rather than taking someone else's work?

My thoughts were, that somebody had dreamed up these plans, some of which I think is good, some of which Id like other peoples openions of, and some which I think are bad. I figured it would be a stimulating topic, and maybe cause some soon to be builders to scratch there heads, and if no hair up there, there beards. and/or revise their own ideas for a barn. I thought you couldnt copy a article for profit.
