Thinking of buying land near Oroville, CA...
Somebody once contacted me saying that they lived near Oroville, California, but they contacted me in such a way that I couldn't respond, they didn't use a PM, but something else. I'm looking at land in the Berry Creek area in the hills above Oroville, and if anybody can PM me and let me know their impressions of the area, please do so. I was there a couple days ago and it seems rather rocky, and the creeks cut deep canyons. I was wondering if semi-off the grid homesteading is even possible in those hills. Can anybody advise?
