Question Uses for small amounts of vinyl siding

Since we are taking down small sections of vinyl siding to put on the addtions, I'm wondering if there is any use for the pieces that we've removed.
Any ideas out there???

save them..you are nearly always likely to get some damage to your siding evenetually and if not..you may do some remodeling in the future and need those pieces..

our son stuck our bbq too close to our siding while it was still hot and it melted 2 pieces right behind the bbq..sure could have used a few pieces hidden away somewhere..put them in your garage or barn rafters or crawl space/basement

We opted for Hardyboard on our home. Just tonight I saw pics of a home that had vinyl siding and had been through a hailstorm. The holes told me we made the right decision. Save the siding for any holes.

When we're finished with the additions...all the vinyl siding is coming off to be replaced with pine board and batten....I can hardly wait
No dog houses and the duck house already has some nice siding on it But row markers for the garden...now that's a novel idea!

I wish I had saved some for a dog house. I saved metal roofing, but no siding. I'd like a dog house to match the actual house.

Vinyl siding just isn't all it's cracked up to be, the siding here has quite a few holes in it. Mostly from rocks being flung by the weedeater.

Playhouse for the kids. Save it to replace damaged siding from storms, etc.

Save it, you're gonna need it.

One rambunctious kid on a lawn mower and it's "Where can I find vinyl siding to match mine?".

I've used siding strips for garden paths.
