I need some help finding someone to speak at a small farm conference in Southern Michigan on the topic of root cellaring. MSU-Extention doesn't seem to be much help on this topic. Thanks

May I ask what the small farm conference is? I live in southwestern Michigan myself.

I can't help with a speaker but this book is supposed to be the "bible" of Root Cellaring. Perhaps your library has it?
