summer camp info needed

We're offering a farm day camp this summer for kids and would like to hear from others who have experience with this -- for example, how much to pay the camp counselors. I've looked online but don't find much in the way of comparison, so thought someone here would know the range.

Also: recommendation for the best type of wagon for hayrides. Don't want anything large or fancy, but something to pull behind tractor.
