I did some a couple years ago but the goats and bunnies got them before I got them transplanted. Fix a container that will hold several of the apples in one layer. Make a hole in the side so that it will keep water to cover about 3/4 of the apple. Leave this outside and let it freeze or whatever all winter maintaining the water level. In spring when you would be planting the garden take the apples and mash them up with enough water to make a slurry out of them. Then make a bed to plant the seeds with your rows about an inch deep and sow the seed like radishes or turnips. That is how I did them and they came right up. Good luck. Sam
