How do I Post to a particular person?

I know how to post, but when I want to respond to a particular person adding part of what they said- how do I do that?

at the bottom of their post, there are three blue buttons: EDIT, QUOTE, and QUOTE +. Click on the "quote" button and it will copy what they said that you want to respond to.

If it is something you want to mention to them privately, you can also click on their name and click on private message..... and send them a private message. I have sent and recieved these in the past when it was a private question or point that needed to be made.
