a year and a half ago I was considered a new customer and I found quite by accident on their web site where if you signed up and submitted it as a new customer it was a 18 dollar a month discount off the bill for the next 12 Months`!! So one must look close at their web site to find even more unadvertised specials like that.

Depends on what Package you get at that price.
