First, if you haven't already, you will want to upload your photos to an image sharing site.

www.imageshack.us - This site is okay because you don't have to sign up.
www.photobucket.com - This site is good because you can keep your photos all organized, you have to sign up though.

Once you upload your photo they will give you a direct URL link to it. Copy this.

When you get onto the forum and want to post it, you need to put

[I MG]http://theimageurl[/ IMG]

Do that without the spaces in the boxes.
