Weird Post hole repair question
Weird Post Hole question:
We have very large Locust Posts in the ground for about 5 years now. At the time we put the posts in the ground, we did not know to peel off the bark first. The posts were put in the ground about 3 feet deep and we did use cement all around the post. Now, of course, the posts are loose since the bark has rotted and pulled off. There are at least 22 loose posts. All huge.
I really did not want to pull up 22 heavy posts.
What If: Could we use that Great Stuff in the can, stick the tube thing down in the ground and let-it-rip to fill the hole up? We used Great Stuff once in a culvert in a wet area and it filled up hole so it seems like it might work?
What else can I do that does not include pulling the posts out of the ground? Thank you.
