If theres anyone interested in NE Okla landI

I see that there is a few places for sale around me. I can give ph # of realitors selling them. Small acerages, 5 to 30/40 acres

Farmboybill, what's land bringing around your area? Over here in southern Delaware county your talking around $1500-2000 per acre for pasture land. $850-1000 per acre wooded. More if it has a creek running through it.

I dont know. Mine was 2G an acre when I bought it in 80. I think you can still find good land for 2/3Gs an acre, the cheaper further away from Tulsa.

My sister and her husband are looking around in Mayes county for a bigger place. they have a nice house and 10 just south of Pryor, but need more land. It's hard to find anything they can afford, I paid $800.00 an acre for 42 acres in '97 and thought I was getting robbed, but I think I can makes some money on it now

My boy and wife are looking for a place around Skiatook, Collinsville, Claremore, out of the flood plain. Everything thereabouts is H I G H Dollar
