Propane price's

#1--1.199
2. 1.299
3. 1.399
4. 1.629
A couple more I didn't call, went with #2 on my list as they are a very helpful small independent co. #1 is a large company trying to create a semi-monoply.
What's the price in your area?

I think you're getting a little more than propane.

Have two cyclinders for cooking in summer and some hot water as we try to use the "solar" shower during the summer. ( 2 drums on the barn roof and gravity fed down to us). The truck just delivered propane to us today and the cost for upstate PA is $2.81. Now I have been told..that the more propane I use the less the price but we don't use that much propane so I'm sure I pay more than the family that uses it for heating during the winter too as we have total wood heat in this old farm house. So..guess it doesn't really pay to try to conserve our natural resourses when it comes to your pocketbook ??!!

We only use our gas for cooking and hot water, we heat 98% with wood, balance electric. we buy propane about 200 gal, give or take a few gal, at a time once a year This enables us to get the cheapest home delivery price, kinda wish i had a 1000 gal tank, so's i could purchase years in advance..:-)
