What do you use on Laminated flooring to clean?

I just installed laminated flooring yesterday in the living room and in the hall. Have read and heard stories of commerical products and how people were dissatisfied and damaged their floor. Know of one that uses vinegar and water and web site says not to use vinegar. I read to use very little water and a drow of Ivory Snow. Some say to use just a spray of windex. Would appreciate answer in how you do it?
Thanks!

The floor we had at our last house was Bruce laminate and we used the Bruce spray cleaner that was made for it. It worked great and lasted a long time. I sprayed it on and then used a mop. No rinsing was required.

Water - plain water - no chemicals. I've had laminate flooring for 15 yrs. They're big floors & get really dirty & I clean them with clear water - they still look like new. Grease wipes up with a paper towel & the globs come off with a plastic kitchen scrubby. The trick is to wipe them as dry as possible because they water spot & it shows. I clean mine with a terrycloth flat mop (usually with several water changes) & then "dry" with flannel - nothing special, just old towels & diapers from the rag box. Hope this helps!

I use plain water or water with a few drops of mild cleaner or vinegar.

I love those Swifter wet thingies too but their solution comes in non-refillable bottles. My DH solved that and got the top off and I just refill it with the above mixtures.

I was told to never use Swiffers due to the chemical content. Can't tell you more than that. I use water and just about any cotton material.

Absolutely amazes me how people use things like Swifters, Chlorox wipes & other disposable "cloths', then champion recycling and conservation. Not saying that any one here would do that, just a societal comment.

I had Bruce wood floors, not laminate, and used diluted Murphey's Oli Soap.

I use a Sharp Steam Cleaner and it works great. You just put plain water in it for the steam.

I've had laminate flooring for 10 years now. I use a little bit of Murphy's Oil Soap and my floor looks great. If you use too much Murphy's Oil Soap the floor will become slippery. I use about a penny's size in a bucket of water.

I use a damp microfiber mop and a spray bottle of vinegar/water.

Don't let the dogs walk on it till it's dry or you'll see paw marks.....LOL

TP in my septic, No tissue or paper toweling. Love bar towels, & since I started using neti pots, I've gotten a lot of my sinus drainage & allergies under control.

Actually, I think that Swifters are in an entirely different category than TP...

Well, when you come up with a better way for me to clean the laminated floors while being in my handicap electric scooter, I'll be happy to listen!
