Need a word!

I'm writing an article about farms & my mind went blank (nothing new ). What's the correct word for the opposite of "mono-culture"?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know but I think of "crop rotation" or "crop diversity"

I think Windy in Kansas has the right answer.

Polyculture is the form of agriculture which is totally opposite to monoculture. In polyculture, a farmer grows multiple types of crops in his field simultaneously to avoid space congestion.

Yeah! I knew there was a "culture" word! I think for my readers who won't know what I'm talking about I'll use both polyculture & crop diversity.

Thanks all!
