A/C Condensation Issue

I live with a friend. He had his furnace replaced this winter. This summer, the A/C was off until last week when the temps hit the 90's. For the first few days, the condensation came out of the tube system and ran into a floor drain. Now, condensation is pour out of several areas. I cannot see much coming out of the tube, if at all.

The condensation has run into the filter, soaking it. I pulled it out in several pieces. I have a rag and a bucket soaking up as much as possible, but there is water everywhere. Water is running down the sides and into the duct next to the fan, through the duct and onto the floor.

From what I can tell, the condensation is coming from behind two different panels in at least 4 places.

Is this normal for high humidity or should I call the people who installed it and tell them? Repair calls are expensive, but if this is a big problem, it'll be cheaper than ruining something.

Should be under warranty. Most likely some bug has plugged up the drain line for the condensation. Sometimes we just run a wire up there. Sometimes we blow it out with compressed air.

I am 95% sure the line for your condensate is plugged. It might be from rust off of the condensate pan when the furnace installers knocked it loose when installing the new furnace. You can either blow in the hose to see if it clears or get ready to do some simple mechanical stuff.

Suck the drain line out with a shop-vac. Removes blockages.

All very good answers, here's one more thing, as the furnace was replaced but as I understand it, not the A/C?

It's posssible they didn't relevel the "A" coil pan, with a slight tilt to tha drain.
This is common on replacement furnaces as the pan would be in the duct work above the the furnace, if it's an up draft.
