rain water run off question

Stop taking video, grab a shovel, and start digging. The work part needs to get done.

Doesn't look like any hill at all, pretty small slope. You should only need a very shallow trench, just a little tiny bump. Wouldn't need to go with a bridge or all that, unless you like the landscaping feature of it.

A drain, a trench, a berm - anything will work as long as you work with the laws of nature - water runs downhill, you need to get it to run off to the side(s) of the house and on down the slope.

You need to deal with the water coming off the roof, for your little slope of a hill, your biggest problem really is the concentrated water coming off the roof. Really - this is the big problem for you.

Start digging.
