Missouri unemployment office in Jefferson City?

I need to go to the Jefferson City unemployment office, but their address isn't online that I can find. When I try to call, the hold queue is so large they won't even let me hold. The most I can find is the PO box. Apparently the location is top secret? Anyone know the address so I can get down there?
