Maple Homes prefab - experience?

Have any of you heard of or had experience with Maple Homes out of Canada? We are closing next week on 12 acres of land, and hope to build within a year.

Prefab or modular seems a good way to go for us (keeping costs down but not doing the work ourselves, and a relatively short time frame). Here is their website http://www.maplehomes.com/ but I don't find anything in the way of "reviews" out there.

I took a look at the website and they look really nice. Haven't heard anything about them. Figured this needed a bump!

If you check the parent company "Linwood", you can find some reviews. You might also be able to find other folks who have built them.

thank you for the bump, and the reply. I did get a reply from a local (well, within 200 miles) builder and their request for more information.

We just closed on the property yesterday - still can't quite believe that we are on our way to what we have dreamed of for so long!

I learned today that the "Heron" model would cost $200-250,000 to build, depending on the finishes we choose. It's 1,396 sq ft, one story - can't believe it would cost that much!

Now I know that builder is completely out of the question for our budget.
