Paypal question
I have a paypal account for puchasing things online occasionally. Can people send me money with that account, or would I be required to get some sort of commercial account?

Yes they can, with some restrictions. I don't think they can use a credit card.

You can sent money to people with paypal even if they dont have a paypal account.
