Widening our road

I just heard from a neighbor that next year, the coounty and/or state is thinking about making our road Class A, or being able to be traveled on by trucks during times when frost laws are on.

This means widening the road (ie 'expanding' the right-of-way) further onto the peoples property

The trouble is, there is a class A both two miles north and two miles south of us (all roads run east west). Also, less than a mile west of us, our road crossed the county line, and turns to gravel!

I will be contacting the Road Commission tomorrow. I am so TICKED about this.
