Help with the Name

Iam doing repairs to my Moms house.Painting Calking and such.
The front porch has an awning skirt with scalloped edge,Hanging from the top that needs replaced.
What is this called? We would like to replace it but dont know what to ask for.

That would be called a valance. Awning valance.
