dehulling buckwheat

I wasn't sure where to ask this question, so if I'm in the wrong place let me know. I am going to grow my own buckwheat and sunflower this year. Does anybody have experience with this? I need to know what recommendations people might have. I have read good and bad things about using the Corona Grain Mill, and my search didn't bring up any other options. I am celiac, and would like to control my own diet more.

The buckwheat kind of dehulls itself when you grind it. I was actually trying to get the hulls ground up as I like dark buckwheat and could not do it, they are kind of light and float around rather than get ground up.
