Round concrete form release agent

I have a 12" dia. cardboard tube form that I would like to remove after the concrete cures for 24 hrs. Im trying to avoid traveling back into town by asking if there is something I can brush on or spray on it from here at home that will allow the cardboard to release from the concrete ?
Something like a light coat of used motor oil on the inside or Pam spray ?
Any help ?
Thanks

I've used diesel in a weed sprayer for years - Don't use the sprayer for anything else!

All of the sono tubes that I have used are made to come off w/o an additional release agent. You do have to cut them down the sides to get the tube off, and then trowel out the crete. If you are hopeing to pull it off intact I'll just go ahead and say good luck!!

Thanks for all the help. The instructions on the side of the tube say that they are designed to be left in place and that if I desire to remove it then a release agent must be used. I do not wish to keep the form after its use but rather be able to cleanly remove it from the concrete.
Thanks

Could you line the tube with plastic sheeting?

We always used used motor oil on our wooden forms. If we had a lot of large froms we would dilute it with diesel and spray it on. For piers, we used heavy sheet metal formed into a cylinder with "lips" at each end that bolted together...we used used motor oil on them too.

All the contractors used oil on the forms and remove them.

Thank you all for the help. We ended up using some kerosene. I do believe all the suggestions would have worked just the same. I hope this kerosene works alright and I guess we will find out tomorrow.
Thanks again.
