Can you get any remay to wrap around the trees? At least order some for next year.

Ann says you can use an old, sheer, curtain in a pinch. We have seen our high temperature already today. Fortunately our 2 lonely trees have not blossomed yet.

I have 5 plumb thickets that cover about an acre. And the crabaples are in the woods. I always have enough to make some jelly. Even year before last when they were almost all killed.

Howdy OldVet

I wondered if you had vast numbers to deal with. I guess some years are good, and others are just okay.

I may miss the worst weather they are calling for rain or sleet tonight and tomorrow and rain the day after. If it dowan frost I should be alright and around the first of July I may have another bumper crop like last year.
If I do then I will invited anybody that comes buy to pick all they want.

My blueberries bloomed about 2 weeks ago. Bees were on them today! Hope the heavy frosts we had didn't do any harm.
