Kinder unsetteled with Lehmans

Bought some items. One of them was the wrong size. When I first ordered, they couldnt make my credit card work. Said shed hold the order. Figured out how to activate the card and tried again. Got another person who made out the order and sent it. One of the items was the wrong size. Called them and told them about it after the first lady called to ask if I was still interested in makeing the order. Told her I had already made the order, and what the proble., was. A couple days later I get a message that she has found the right item and sent it. Is quite abit more than I wanted to spend. She let me keep the wrong item, so I imagine that will balance out, BUT. It kinda unsettles me that she made the order useing the information she had on my card a week or more after I made the order. I had the money there, but I might not have had, and the item would have cost me dearly.

So, did you call back and speak to a manager? They need to know.

Call the credit card company, customer service. They will educate "their" customer as to how to use your credit. The credit card company needs to know that "their" customer does not know what they are doing.

When she called back to say she sent it, I would have taken the matter up with her. I would have asked why did you do that and why are you still holding onto my info. I would have also told her to remove the charge from my card and I would send the item back when it got to me.

I have never had a problem with them using a card or with a problem with anything ordered that was not taken care of. If I had an issue, and called them, they made it work out. Just call them and they will take care of it. In addition, you are getting something for free. Can't get much better than that. If you don't need it, sell it on Ebay. I would not be complaining, I would look at it as a blessing and a gift. I personally like dealing with them. I have always been happy.

Not informing the owners is how this type issue turns into the Johnny's debacle of last year. Business owners only find out about problems like this when customers contact them directly, or, after it's too late and their business reputation is damaged. The owners, not the employees, need to be contacted, otherwise they'll never know.
