Undercounter sink installation.

I scrounged an under counter sink at Lowes in a closeout deal. I am installing a granite counter top.
I just can't figure how to secure it underneath. I am afraid to try and drill anchor holes in the expensive granite.
Someone told me they frame up under the sink but that doesn't sound very secure to me.
Anybody know the best way?

I've installed a lot of sinks with my dad, when I did remodeling with him. Your sink should have clips on the under sides of it that you use to fasten it to under the cabinet, you tighten these down. I don't think we ever drilled holes into the countertop.

my granite subcontractor does like this. The sink rim is covered with a bead of silicone that acts like a gasket/adhesive. The sink is pushed up from below and temporarily propped tightly into position with a post cut from a 2x4 scrap. Next they take short (8" to 10") 2x4 pieces and mount them to the sides of the cabinet with screws. These blocks are permanent and have an 1/8" gap at the top between the top of the block and the bottom of the sink rim. The final step is to slide and tap a shim shingle into the gap and tighten everything up (I would smear some construction adhesive on the shims first). The sink bowl is now glued to the bottom of the granite and wedged into place. Frankly it looks a bit crude, but the only way to see it is to lie under the sink on your back. Usually, when I'm in this position, it means something is leaking, and I have bigger issues than asthetics. Good luck.

Well , I looked at Lowes web site and saw their undermount supports. Can't tell much about they install by the picture but maybe I can see better at the store. Also might do the second suggestion which is pretty much free (except for a couple of short 2 x 4s.)
Thanks!!!
